G. Michael Meighen - Principal 

 

Michael Meighen is a senior Global Mining Executive with proven expertise leading management teams in North America (U.S., Canada, Mexico); South America (Columbia, Brazil); Africa (Liberia); Eastern Europe (Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia); and Europe (United Kingdom, Belgium).  Throughout his career, Michael has provided turnaround expertise with operations / production enhancements, the implementation of innovative corporate health and safety programs, and risk management processes.   Notable turnarounds deliver material results to reduce costs and incidence rates, and remove unwarrantable compliance issues across operations.  In addition, he is recognized for leading multi-million dollar operational expansions, mine extensions, and revitalizations.  Prior to launching Keystone Management, Michael was the Director of HSES for ArcelorMittal Americas and Global Risk Manager for the mining segment.

 

 

 
Tommy J. Steele - Senior Safety and Regulatory Compliance Advisor
 

Tommy Steele is a senior level safety professional with extensive experience in mining, construction and energy industries.  His experience includes leadership roles in the National Mine Rescue Association on both the Rules and Executive Committees.  Tommy is recognized for expertise in proactive safety training programs, staging rescue activities and conducting on-site compliance audits at operations across the United States.  Further, his experience includes real-life fire and rescue in both domestic and international settings.  Tommy holds professional safety certifications as a Mine Manager, Examiner, Explosives (Shot Firer) and first aid (CPR/EMT).  MSHA Certifications include: Electrical Cards – surface and underground; Certified Instructor; Impoundment Inspector; Noise and Dust Certifications. 

 

 

 
Mary Lingafelter - Executive Administrative Assistant and Manager Quality Control
 

Mary Lingafelter offers more than twenty years of executive administrative management experience working for various industries.  Throughout her career, she has established an outstanding aptitude to meet organizational objectives and demands.  Mary's experience includes overall administrative responsibility for health and safety programs for mining industry departments and consulting-related firms.  Her database skills include expertise with SAP, Cybershift, TruTrack, CPS, MIMS, EMESA programs.  Moreover, she is extremely proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs, having developed numerous presentations using Power Point, Excel and Word.  Mary is responsible for overall quality control of reports, record keeping and administrative functions at Keystone Management, LLC.
